\n Who you are:

You are part of a very dynamic HR team responsible for providing

support to our global organization in all aspects of Human Resources.

\n What you’ll do:

\n
• Talent Acquisition- Post jobs, research and identify
  \n outreach opportunities, schedule interviews, and facilitate new hire
  \n paperwork; Process new hires and ensure all information is up to date
  \n and accurate for on-boarding. Update applicant tracking system with
  \n candidate status. Assist Associate Director of TA and HR team with other
  \n areas of Talent Acquisition.
\n
• General HR Duties – Provide backup for international
  \n onboarding and HR newsletter; Support HR Manager with employee
  \n engagement projects, internal communication, and audits; communicate
  \n with Center leaders to ensure records and policy compliance.
\n

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree
\n
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR administrative role
\n
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
\n
• Must have strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) and an interest in using technology to facilitate job success
\n
• Readiness to grow and develop yourself, our client group, and our Company
\n
