Outreach Representative

We are seeking an Outreach Representative- Vendor Relations to join our team! You will be responsible for communicating billing processes and options for client customers.

Responsibilities:

• Contact Existing Client Vendors to explain payment/billing options (warm outbound calls)
• Advise clients of changes to programs and new payment options
• Document calls notes, update database with new customer contact info

​Qualifications:

• Previous Call Center experience a plus, B-B calling sales experience a plus
• Strong computer skills some accounting terminology a plus
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
• Education:
• College/Business education not required but a plus

This is an onsite position with the potential for hybrid or remote work
