Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist in Paragould, AR
Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An urgent opening is available for a Clinical IV Pharmacist on a 3-6 month contract-to-hire basis in Paragould, AR. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced IV Pharmacist to apply strong clinical skills in a dynamic environment with a clear pathway to permanent employment.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Every 3rd weekend shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify IV medication orders for accuracy and safety
- Prepare IV medications in the clean room as required
- Perform a variety of clinical pharmacy duties, including interpreting laboratory results
- Demonstrate flexibility to assist in various pharmacy areas as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of current experience working as an IV Pharmacist
- Active, clear Arkansas Pharmacist license
- Completely clear background check and drug screening
- Strong competency in clinical pharmacy, including reading and interpreting lab results
- Adaptable and willing to support multiple pharmacy functions
