Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Lead the launch and growth of a newly established pharmacy by serving as the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC). This contract-to-hire role offers the opportunity to guide licensure, inspection, and accreditation processes while playing a pivotal management role.

Location:

  • Ephrata, PA

Schedule:

  • Part-time initially, transitioning to full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Pharmacist-In-Charge responsible for overseeing pharmacy start-up operations
  • Lead the pharmacy through all required licensure, inspection, and accreditation procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
  • Manage pharmacy staff and daily operational activities to maintain high standards of patient care and safety

Qualifications:

  • Active and clear pharmacist license in Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmacy management roles
  • Proven track record in pharmacy start-up operations, including familiarity with licensure and accreditation processes
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to navigate regulatory requirements effectively
