ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students in grades 6–12 in the Concord, New Hampshire area. Position Overview:

  • School-based contract position
  • Minimum of 20 hours per week
  • Middle and high school student population (grades 6–12)
  • Direct 1:1 and small group instructional services
  • Collaborative and student-focused learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instructional services to students with a variety of special education needs
  • Deliver individualized and small group instruction tailored to student learning goals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Track student progress and maintain required documentation
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and support strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning activities
  • Promote an inclusive and supportive educational environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Active New Hampshire Special Education Teaching License
  • Experience working with middle and high school students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP implementation and compliance
  • Experience providing 1:1 and small group special education instruction
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
