This full-time position begins August 3, 2026, and runs through June 4, 2027, offering the chance to support approximately 40 students within a welcoming, collaborative educational environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible for SLP licensure (NM SLP license or ability to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates also welcome
  • Demonstrated experience with pediatric or early childhood caseloads
  • Previous school-based experience is highly valued
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students ages 18 months to 6 years
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
  • Provide support and resources for families to encourage generalization of skills
