Key Qualifications:

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred

• Willingness to attend back-to-school and ARD meetings as scheduled

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students across elementary and secondary sites (potentially 4 locations)
• Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans to support educational goals
• Collaborate with school-based professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in ARD/IEP meetings as required
• Schedule and communicate effectively to balance onsite and remote responsibilities

Your schedule may align with elementary (7:30–3:30 pm) or secondary (8–4 pm) hours, but you’ll enjoy the autonomy to complete work remotely when on-site tasks are finished.
