Occupational Therapist School Setting in Brighton, CO

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
• Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Confident providing support for a caseload of approximately 20 students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with IEPs and ability to collaborate with educators and families
• Strong organization and documentation skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions and support plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Evaluate and document student progress, maintaining compliance with school policies and protocols
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student participation and functional independence
• Participate in team meetings and IEP sessions as required
• Provide training and consultation to staff regarding strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate case notes and ensure timely completion of required paperwork
