Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Previous nursing experience in a school setting or with youth preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to students, including assessments, medication administration, and emergency response
- Create and update individualized health care plans
- Serve as a health resource for students, parents, and staff
- Promote a safe and healthy school environment by managing communicable disease protocols and educating the community
- Maintain accurate and secure health records in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure students’ educational needs are met in conjunction with their health considerations
- Provide first aid and manage chronic health conditions during the school day
