What we’re seeking:

• Previous experience working in a school environment
• High school diploma (no additional certifications or higher education required)
• Must be able to provide three completed professional references—including your most recent manager—prior to interviewing
• Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable individuals with a commitment to student support
• Comfort working in both 1:1 and classroom support settings

Role responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering individualized instruction and classroom activities
• Support students on a 1:1 basis as assigned, promoting engagement and understanding
• Help implement behavior and academic plans under teacher guidance
• Foster a respectful and inclusive classroom environment for all learners
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism within the school community

Position details:

• Four paraprofessional roles available
• 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday (7:30am-2:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Contract dates: September 1, 2026 – June 16, 2027
• Diverse settings: both classroom support and dedicated 1:1 roles
