Step into an impactful role guiding elementary students toward communication success for the 2026–2027 school year! Leverage your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, intervention, and IEP plan development for a dedicated caseload of around 40 students in an elementary school environment. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with educators, administrators, families, and support staff to foster student growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active, valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Proven experience in school settings, preferably with elementary age groups
  • Well-versed in conducting speech and language evaluations, documentation, and goal development within IEP frameworks
  • Ability to design and deliver both direct and indirect speech-language services
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and reassessments per IEP timelines
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans for students with speech-language needs
  • Provide direct therapy and consultative support, both one-on-one and in group settings
  • Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Communicate progress and collaborate with teachers, families, and related personnel
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to an inclusive educational environment
