Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote)
Schedule: 37.5-hour work week
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 DOE

- Provide high-level administrative support to 3-4 attorneys
- Draft, format, and revise legal documents (pleadings, discovery, correspondence)
- Handle e-filing in California state and federal courts
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, trials, and litigation logistics
- Prepare client materials and maintain organized case files
- Assist with expense reports, time entry, and travel coordination
- 3-5+ years of litigation legal assistant/secretary experience
- Strong experience with state and federal e-filing (CA courts required)
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- IP Litigation experience highly preferred
- Also open to Business Litigation, Complex Litigation, or Insurance Defense backgrounds
- Mid-to-large law firm experience strongly preferred
- Experience with docketing systems and client management databases (e.g., CRM tools)
