Salary: $65-70K; based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Payroll Admin to support daily Human Resources, Payroll, and administrative functions in a fast-paced office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to grow their career in HR and payroll while gaining exposure to a variety of administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be highly confidential, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while providing support across HR, payroll, benefits, and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Timekeeping
  • Gather and review employee hours for payroll processing.
  • Audit and process payroll-related documentation.
  • Review weekly timecards for multi-department and multi-state payroll.
  • Enter and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, employee changes, and time and attendance records.
  • Track and maintain vacation, sick, and PTO balances.
  • Generate payroll and HR reports as needed.
Human Resources Support
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurately filed.
  • Support benefits administration and enrollment processes.
  • Assist HR and Payroll teams with special projects and day-to-day tasks.
  • Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
Administrative & Office Support
  • Scan and organize employee and departmental documents.
  • Reconcile monthly invoices and bills.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll, HR, or administrative support experience preferred.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll software required.
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR processes and best practices preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
