Job Responsibilities- Work a 10-day stretch, starting Saturday morning and concluding the following Monday morning.
- Complete 10-hour shifts, including 4 mandatory night beeper call shifts during each stretch.
- Manage a patient load of 15 to 20 individuals daily.
- Provide inpatient hospital coverage.
- Possess experience in Level 1 trauma cases.
- Offer coverage for emergency general surgery in the operating room.
- Obtain hospital privileges as required.
- Experience in Level 1 trauma settings.
- Emergency general surgery operating room experience is essential.
- Hospital privileges must be secured prior to starting.
This position involves a structured schedule with specific shift requirements and patient care responsibilities in a hospital environment.
