About the Position

As a Urology Physician, you will become part of a vibrant team consisting of 4 hospital-employed urologists and 6 Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants. You will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population, handling a wide range of urology cases—from elective procedures to trauma—within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced urology procedures in specialized suites, including two dedicated urology suites, an ESWL suite, an outpatient surgery center, and office procedure rooms.
• Manage surgical cases with the assistance of experienced support staff, allowing you to focus on patient care.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including 3T MRI, da Vinci robotics, Holmium laser, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, and ultrasound.
• Participate in a call schedule of 7 days per month or less, supported by Advanced Practice Providers.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed minimum salary of $700,000, with the potential for increased earnings based on wRVUs.

Our hospital is a 886-bed tertiary care center and Level I trauma facility, serving a four-state region.
