Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The PTA will work with patients recovering from various conditions, including strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. The role involves implementing treatment plans, assisting with therapy interventions, and promoting patient recovery in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing patient treatment plans as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
\n
• Provide therapy interventions to individuals recovering from various physical impairments.
\n
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the therapy team.
\n
• Use specialized equipment and technology to support patient rehabilitation.
\n
• Encourage and motivate patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
\n

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

\n
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
\n
• Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
\n
• Preferred experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
\n
