Tax Prep Assistant

We are seeking a results-driven customer experience expert with a natural talent for consultative selling for a groundbreaking new Live Concierge pilot program, an initiative created by company. This role is for someone who thrives on guiding customers to the perfect solution and enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of turning interest into commitment. The goal is to provide a highly personalized, white-glove customer experience where customers feel truly understood and expertly guided. In this role, you are approachable, knowledgeable, proactive, and trusted. You will not be preparing taxes yourself; your primary skill is your ability to connect with people and guide their decisions. You will act as a dedicated consultant, identifying customer needs and recommending the perfect solution from the expert network, including helping those interested in meeting with a local tax pro near them. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic "test and learn" environment where your success directly contributes to the program's growth. This is an on-site role based in San Diego Customer Innovation Lab, where you will work side-by-side with company’s customer experience development teams.
