Credit Operations Specialist

We are currently working with a well-established private equity credit fund seeking a middle office operations specialist to join their growing team. Exposure to Syndicated Loans, CLO’s, and Bank Debt experience needed. RTO: 3days onsite in Manhattan. Pay range is $70-90/hr.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Trade Settlement: Collaborate with Traders, Portfolio Managers (PMs), and external counterparties to settle bank loan trades accurately and timely.
\n
• Loan Middle Office: Assist with loan processing, trade updates, and other MO tasks.
\n
• Data Management: Assist with KYC, Tax, Audits, and data integrity.
\n
• Assist with ad hoc projects.
\n
• Calculate and interpret investment performance metrics, such as total return, attribution analysis, benchmark comparisons, and risk-adjusted measures.

Qualifications:

\n
• Familiarity with Syndicated Bank Loans: Understanding of the structure, documentation, lifecycle of syndicated loans, and trade settlement.
\n
• Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to manage loan documentation and transactions.
\n
• Familiarity with Performance, Attribution, and Client Reporting
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
