Summary
\nOur client is seeking a Software Engineer II with deep technical range to join a dynamic development team. This role spans on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure — designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions with C#, .NET, and React, in an organization that takes modern development practices seriously across every environment it runs in.

\nResponsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, and React across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. \n
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. \n
- Contribute to architectural design, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. \n
- Build APIs, microservices, and front-end components, ensuring seamless front-end/back-end integration. \n
- Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) to design and deploy hybrid and cloud-native solutions. \n
- Implement DevOps and CI/CD best practices for smooth, automated deployments. \n
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, security, and availability issues across environments. \n
- Participate in code reviews, giving constructive feedback and upholding code quality standards. \n
- Stay current on cloud and hybrid development trends and bring them into the team's practices. \n
- Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to keep application environments stable, secure, and performant. \n
- Lead the transition of applications from on-premises to cloud or hybrid architectures, working with senior IT leadership on migration strategy. \n
- Ensure governance and performance monitoring across environments, proactively flagging optimization opportunities. \n
- Ensure applications comply with industry regulations and internal security standards (SOX, PCI-DSS, and other financial-sector regulations). \n
- Partner with the cybersecurity team to secure applications against threats and vulnerabilities. \n
- Develop and implement audit, risk assessment, and disaster recovery procedures for critical applications. \n
- Ensure QA processes meet relevant standards (ISO, GDPR, HIPAA). \n
- Develop and maintain test documentation — test plans, cases, scripts, and data management. \n
- Implement traceability between test cases and requirements, with automated defect tracking/reporting. \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline. \n
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer with strong C# and .NET skills. \n
- Experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework. \n
- Solid experience with a cloud platform — Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. \n
- DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated deployments. \n
- Experience with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). \n
- Proficiency in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud system development. \n
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and scalable, distributed API design. \n
- Strong grounding in software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures. \n
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills on complex technical issues. \n
Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer. \n
- Experience with hybrid cloud strategies and solutions. \n
- Experience collaborating with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders in multi-disciplinary teams. \n
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and related CI/CD tooling. \n
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, MongoDB). \n
