About the Role

Youll be the founding Data Engineer at a healthcare AI startup backed by a leading Data/AI-focused VC firm. This role is ideal for someone who loves building from scratch and wants their work to have immediate impact in a deeply meaningful space.

 What Youll Do

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL frameworks
\n
• Develop real-time ingestion systems to support ML model deployment
\n
• Partner with data scientists and AI engineers to operationalize analytics
\n
• Architect and maintain the companys data infrastructure and lakehouse
\n
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and security protocols
\n

What Youll Bring

\n
• Expert-level Python or Scala skills
\n
• Hands-on experience with Spark, dbt, Airflow
\n
• Proficiency in AWS (Glue, S3, Redshift), Snowflake, or BigQuery
\n
• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
\n
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Terraform
\n
