Evening Pharmacist - Stafford, TX

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking Evening Pharmacists for a 13-week contract assignment with the opportunity for permanent placement in Stafford, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking to join a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Retail experience is welcome, and compounding experience is not required.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Evening shift

Assignment Details:

13-week contract with potential for direct hire
Pharmacy software: LifeFile and PK Software

Responsibilities:

Manage the prescription fulfillment process while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations
Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy staff
Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory accurately and efficiently
Perform Drug Utilization Reviews (DUR) and maintain proper documentation
Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment, including refrigerated and specialty medications

Requirements:

Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license
Minimum of one year of pharmacist experience
Ability to work in a high-volume pharmacy setting
Retail pharmacy experience is accepted
