Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Minneapolis, Minnesota

Ideal candidates bring specialized skills in pediatric speech-language pathology, including clinical competence certification (CCC), clinical fellowship year (CFY), or strong school SLP experience. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain in MN)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY welcome
• Experience with pediatric populations (K-12)
• Prior work within school settings preferred
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Dedication to supporting diverse learners in an inclusive environment

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Assess speech, language, and communication abilities and develop tailored intervention plans
• Support IEP development and participate in team meetings
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain precise documentation and progress monitoring
