Ideal candidates bring specialized skills in pediatric speech-language pathology, including clinical competence certification (CCC), clinical fellowship year (CFY), or strong school SLP experience. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain in MN)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY welcome
- Experience with pediatric populations (K-12)
- Prior work within school settings preferred
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Dedication to supporting diverse learners in an inclusive environment
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Assess speech, language, and communication abilities and develop tailored intervention plans
- Support IEP development and participate in team meetings
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain precise documentation and progress monitoring
