This full-time position begins on August 3rd, 2026, and concludes on May 28th, 2027. With 40 hours per week dedicated to impacting young learners, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals to help students reach their full potential.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active or eligible state licensure for SLP
- Experience working with school-age populations preferred
- Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 80 students
- Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and developing individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services to elementary and/or secondary students
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and maintain thorough records for each student
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing educational plans
- Offer intervention and therapeutic strategies tailored to each student’s needs
- Monitor, track, and report on student progress throughout the contract period
