Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure for SLP required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school initiatives as needed
