• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Proven experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

In This Role, You Will:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students with a range of disabilities, promoting growth in academic, social, and emotional areas.
• Develop, review, and update IEPs in collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other specialists.
• Use evidence-based teaching methods and modify curriculum as needed.
• Monitor student progress and maintain precise, confidential records.
• Provide guidance and support to paraeducators or classroom aides.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers regarding student development and strategies for continued success.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.
