Type: Full time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, supervise clinical staff, and ensure effective implementation of evidence-based treatment programs in accordance with BACB ethical standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Behavior Analytic Services

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other client evaluations to identify the function of challenging behaviors.

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.

  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and clinical data.

  • Provide direct ABA therapy and oversee the implementation of treatment plans by clinical staff.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive client outcomes.

  • Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency of interventions across settings.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of each client's treatment goals and progress.

Clinical Supervision & Training

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), as applicable.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and competency-based training to clinical staff.

  • Conduct regular supervision meetings and ensure staff are implementing treatment plans with fidelity.

  • Support staff development through education on ABA principles, intervention strategies, and ethical practices.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with BACB standards, funding requirements, and organizational policies.

  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and payer requirements.

  • Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Active state licensure (where required) or eligibility to obtain licensure.

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans.

  • Experience supervising RBTs, BCaBAs, or other ABA staff preferred.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
