LHH is working with our fast-growing Louisville healthcare client in their search for a Director of FP&A / Treasurer to add to their growing team. The Director of FP&A / Treasurer serves as a key financial leader responsible for overseeing the organization's treasury operations while supporting enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis activities. This role will lead cash management, liquidity planning, debt administration, banking relationships, and capital allocation strategies across a multi-facility skilled nursing portfolio. In addition, the Director will provide financial modeling, forecasting, and operational analysis to support strategic decision-making, growth initiatives, and overall financial performance. Job Description
  • Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, and funding requirements across all skilled nursing facilities and affiliated entities.
  • Support enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across multiple facilities.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute treasury strategies to optimize working capital, cash utilization, and financial flexibility.
  • Oversee banking relationships, treasury services, credit facilities, lines of credit, and lender communications.
  • Monitor debt agreements and ensure compliance with all debt covenants and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze facility operating results, census and occupancy trends, labor costs, and reimbursement performance.
  • Monitor Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement changes and assess financial impact.
  • Provide financial leadership and due diligence support for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluate capital investment opportunities involving real estate, facility improvements, clinical equipment, and technology platforms.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, including treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, or related leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and debt management.
  • Demonstrated success developing complex financial models, forecasts, and strategic business analyses.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial reporting systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
