Join a physician-led urology group in New Jersey offering the flexibility to practice in a coastal, suburban, or metro-accessible location. This opportunity combines strong surgical volume, a collaborative team, and the ability to build a practice that fits your professional goals.
- Flexible Practice Model: Choose from coastal, suburban, or metro-accessible practice locations within a physician-led, multi-specialty outpatient group
- Established Clinical Support: Practice with on-site imaging, diagnostics, procedural resources, and experienced colleagues
- Balanced Schedule: Monday through Friday schedule with a 1:4 weekend call rotation and one evening pager call per week
- Strong Financial Package: Base salary with RVU incentives, earning potential exceeding 800K, and full malpractice coverage with tail
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Comfortable managing a mix of surgical and clinic cases
- Open to all experience levels
- Eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey
