Qualifications and Experience:
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Eligibility for SLP state licensure
• Recent experience in school-based speech therapy settings
• Skill in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to adapt as the district finalizes its staffing decision
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop targeted, measurable intervention plans in coordination with educators and families
• Provide direct and consultative SLP services to a culturally diverse student population
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation for compliance
• Collaborate regularly with school staff, fostering a supportive environment for student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support activities as needed
