Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-5th grade students in a school setting
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Document and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Ohio SLP license (or eligibility for verification)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
