Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC strongly preferred)
  • Prior experience in pediatric, school, or early childhood (PreK) settings
  • Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Collaborative spirit with teachers, families, and support staff

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite speech-language therapy to elementary and PreK students with diverse needs
  • Conduct timely screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify student eligibility and needs
  • Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough and accurate session records, data tracking, and related documentation
  • Foster an inclusive learning environment, adjusting strategies to suit developmental levels
  • Consult regularly with teachers and parents, offering insight, support, and strategies for carryover in the classroom and at home
