Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant pediatric or educational backgrounds considered
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans targeting students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers to foster student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all required reporting and progress monitoring
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
