Soliant is partnering with a welcoming Oregon school district to hire a full-time School Psychologist for the upcoming school year. This onsite position offers the opportunity to support a high school population while collaborating with educators, families, and special education teams to promote student achievement and well-being.

We're seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative professional who enjoys working with adolescents and is committed to helping students reach their academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.

Position Details

  • Full-time (1.0 FTE)

  • Onsite position

  • Monday–Friday

  • Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

  • High school caseload

  • 2026–2027 school year

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations

  • Interpret assessment results and prepare detailed evaluation reports

  • Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings

  • Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Deliver individual and small-group counseling services as appropriate

  • Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs

  • Assist with intervention planning, progress monitoring, and special education eligibility decisions

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

  • Active Oregon School Psychologist license required

  • Master's, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

  • Minimum of three years of school-based experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with high school students is highly desirable

  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
