Schedule: Full-Time (36 Hours/Week)
Location: Onsite
Shift: Three 12-hour shifts per week (Saturday, Sunday + 1 Weekday) | 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

We're seeking a polished, customer-focused Patient Services Representative / Front Desk Ambassador to serve as the first point of contact for patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the complete patient check-in and checkout experience.
  • Answer and manage inbound phone calls, handling a minimum of 25 calls per shift while maintaining hold times under one minute whenever possible.
  • Coordinate warm transfers to clinical providers and route patient inquiries appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments, register patients, and maintain accurate records within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
  • Enter patient demographics and membership opportunities into Salesforce.
  • Monitor and complete daily task queues, including emails, text messages, and administrative follow-up.
  • Answer the medical hotline and promptly escalate urgent patient concerns or service issues to the appropriate support team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock clinical supplies, and assist with supply ordering.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.


Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical front office, healthcare administration, customer service, or patient access role.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn EMR systems, Salesforce, and other healthcare software.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling high-volume inbound phone lines and patient triage.
  • Previous experience representing a premium or luxury customer service brand.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.


Schedule

  • 36 hours per week
  • Three 12-hour shifts
  • Saturday & Sunday plus one weekday
  • Shift hours:
    • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    • OR 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Rotating weekends required (up to 50% of weekends each month).
  • Healthcare operates 365 days per year.
  • Must be available to work 6 holidays annually (3 high-demand and 3 low-demand holidays), with holiday pay at time-and-a-half.
