Overview

Responsibilities

Perform tasks related to receiving, pick, pack, and shipping operations within the supply fulfillment center

Receipt and breakdown of pallets and boxes using cutting tools

Put away materials into storage or flow racks properly

Build kits and initiate orders on the line, including pre-packaging and counting

Transfer materials and perform physical inventory counts

Select items accurately and place them in correct locations

Pack items using appropriate materials such as air pillows and tape guns

Label packages and prepare pallets for shipment

Load trucks and confirm order accuracy

Complete offline filling of orders, labeling, and maintain a clean workspace

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely

Move and lift materials up to fifty pounds as needed

Adhere to work instructions, safety procedures, and corporate policies

Communicate effectively within a team environment

Required Skills

Item recognition and counting skills

Knowledge of proper packaging techniques

Safe lifting and cutting practices

Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Ability to lift up to fifty pounds safely

Basic proficiency with shipping software and label printing

Attention to detail in order picking and inventory management

Additional Skills & Requirements

Minimum of two years of warehouse or supply chain experience in a healthcare or clinical environment

Experience with shipping and inventory management software

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting

Physical capability to lift up to fifty pounds and perform manual tasks regularly

Commitment to safety, following all safety and material handling protocols

Flexibility to work various shifts as needed in a fast-paced setting
