Job Description
We are looking to fill Senior Property Accountant position in Dallas. This is with a prominent real estate company. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years' experience within property accounting. The position will be responsible to perform full cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments.

This is a hybrid position and offers great work flexibility. The position pays 90K-95K+Bonus. This company offers outstanding benefits and it's known to provide excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages

· Accrual and cash journal entries

· Review operating statements and variance reports

· Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis.

· Perform CAM reconciliations

· Interact and communicate with property managers

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

· Recent commercial, retail or multifamily accounting experience

Skills:

· Must be proficient in MS Excel

· Experience working in Real Estate related ERP systems such as Yardi, MRI or Onesite
