Office Coordinator
Contract-to-Hire | San Diego, CA 92121 | $22.00-$25.00/hour
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established community management organization to hire an Office Coordinator for its San Diego office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated administrative professional who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors while supporting office operations, scheduling, inventory management, and internal coordination.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced office environment. This position offers exposure to leadership, opportunities for professional growth, and a variety of responsibilities that make a meaningful impact on daily business operations.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist office visitors and residents as the primary front desk point of contact
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain payment logs and route checks appropriately
  • Coordinate office, company, and board meeting calendars
  • Track and process architectural review applications (ARC)
  • Manage distribution and tracking of keys, fobs, parking passes, and homeowner materials
  • Monitor office and kitchen supplies and place orders as needed
  • Maintain organization of common areas, storage spaces, and supply rooms
  • Scan and distribute documents to shared mailboxes
  • Support company communications, announcements, and office initiatives
  • Assist with event planning, employee appreciation activities, vendor meetings, and special projects
  • Prepare presentations and administrative materials for meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to office leadership and operational teams
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
  • Experience managing calendars and scheduling activities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Customer service focused with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in property management, real estate, hospitality, or professional services environments
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or office leadership teams
Schedule & Work Environment
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Fully onsite in San Diego, CA 92121
  • Professional business casual office environment
