LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading commercial HVAC services organization seeking a General Manager to lead a large service operation across South Florida.
This is not a Service Manager role.
We're looking for a true business operator who can improve profitability, develop leaders, streamline operations, and drive performance across service, customer support, dispatch, warehouse, and field teams.
What You'll Own
'05; Full P&L responsibility for a $15M+ service division
'05; Leadership of 45-60+ employees across multiple functions
'05; Operational efficiency, labor productivity, and service profitability
'05; Manager development and succession planning
'05; Customer relationships and executive-level communication
'05; Process improvement, reporting, and KPI management
'05; Strategic growth initiatives and business performance
What We're Looking For
'14; Commercial HVAC service leadership experience
'14; Proven P&L ownership
'14; Experience leading large teams and multiple departments
'14; Strong operational and financial acumen
'14; Track record of improving processes, performance, and profitability
'14; Executive presence with the ability to lead from the front
