Job Description
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Outdoor Forklift Material Handlers to join a fast-paced distribution team supporting utility operations in Odessa, TX. This position works primarily in an outdoor yard environment, handling inventory, picking and packing orders, and loading or unloading materials using both manual labor and a standard forklift. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outside in the Texas heat, has experience with warehouse or yard operations, and is committed to accuracy, productivity, and safety. This position works a consistent Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm work schedule 80% outside, 20% inside. When in “Storm Mode” this site runs 24/7 working 12-hour shifts Monday-Sunday including holidays.
