Senior Engineer

Required Technical Skills

1-3 years of relevant QA technical experience
\n Contribute as an individual during test design, test planning and test execution
\n Experience being part of an agile/scrum methodology team
\n Experience testing web based applications, using browser developer tools
\n Able to collaborate across different functions. Work closely with product management and development teams to understand requirements and technical specifications; interact with clients on a regular basis for understanding business scenarios and provide testing/troubleshooting support.
\n Develop test plans, test cases and related test artifacts, familiar with the defect management process
\n Experience working with API's, using browser developer tools to validate API request and response data
\n Ability to write basic database queries
\n Strong ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
\n Excels at working in a fast-paced startup environments
\n Knowledge of Health Insurance Domain is a huge plus

Soft Skills

Clear communicator (written and verbal)
\n Creative troubleshooting of technical problems
\n Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
\n Ability to think outside the box
\n Ability to work in a team

Recommended

BS or BA degree preferred
\n Knowledge of advanced SQL and relational databases is a major plus
\n Knowledge of performance testing concepts and tools a plus
