Job Description
We Are Hiring Patient Access Representatives!
We are seeking a customer-focused professional with experience in patient registration, insurance verification, medical office operations, and healthcare administration to provide exceptional service to our patients.
Responsibilities:
* Greet patients, visitors, and answer incoming phone calls.
* Complete patient registration, admissions, and demographic updates.
* Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
* Calculate and collect patient responsibility, including copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
* Maintain accurate patient, insurance, and financial records.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the patient experience.
* Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of patient services experience.
* Experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, physician practice, or healthcare setting.
* Experience with patient registration and insurance verification.
* Proficiency with CS Link and/or Epic EMR/EHR.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
