Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is hiring a floating Retail Pharmacist for an immediate opening in Dubuque, IA. The ideal candidate would be able to float between multiple locations. This is a stable, day-shift position with housing, travel reimbursement, and stipends provided for those who aren't local!

Position Details

-Location: Dubuque, IA
-Setting: Retail Pharmacy
-13+ Week Assignment
-Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays (half-days)

Responsibilities

-Verify and dispense prescriptions
-Counsel patients on medications and therapy
-Resolve prescription and insurance issues
-Float between multiple store locations in the area
-Manage daily pharmacy operations as the pharmacist on duty

Requirements

-Active IA Pharmacist license
-1+ year of recent pharmacist experience
-Strong retail pharmacy and patient counseling skills
-Comfortable working in a high-volume setting
