Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Cazenovia, NY

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services in a supportive and collaborative school environment near Cazenovia, NY. With a start date of September 1, you’ll work with a caseload of 19 students—primarily in grades K-4, along with a few in middle school. You’ll be stationed in one building for ease and continuity, offering focused, individualized support while collaborating with staff and families. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current New York State SLP licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA CCC or completion of CFY
• Prior experience with school-aged children (K-8) preferred, including pediatric and school-based settings
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and services as needed
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload (K-4 and select middle schoolers)
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists on intervention planning
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer support for possible speech improvement services as determined by student needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school guidelines
