Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow candidates welcome)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, parents, and school staff
- Dedication to evidence-based intervention and student-centered care
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, face-to-face speech and language therapy to students ranging from K-12
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP goals
- Provide consultative support and education to teachers and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all federal and state special education requirements
