As a key member of the school’s therapy team, you’ll work with an engaging elementary caseload, building strong relationships with students, teachers, and families. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working entirely onsite; teletherapy/VOCO services are not part of this role

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop effective treatment plans for a range of communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain clear, thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and planning
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices
