We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a long-standing school district partner for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details
Start Date: July 20, 2026
End Date: May 20, 2027
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Full-time positions available
Multiple openings (2–3)
Serving students of all ages across multiple school sites
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Travel between assigned school locations as needed
Supervise COTAs when applicable
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
Active New Mexico Occupational Therapist licensure required
New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) certification required by start date
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Ability to supervise COTAs
Strong communication and organizational skills
