This contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite with students near Pulaski, WI, beginning August 31, 2026 and continuing through June 3, 2027. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow educators and apply your expertise where it matters most—helping young learners thrive.
What you’ll bring:
- Current certification in Special Education for elementary levels
- Endorsements or experience in behavioral interventions and classroom management
- Proven success supporting diverse student needs, particularly in elementary settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Commitment to onsite participation; this is not a virtual or remote role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering tailored instruction to support students’ IEP goals
- Managing an elementary caseload, including collaborating with three classroom behavior-focused resource rooms
- Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Implementing evidence-based strategies for behavior management
- Working alongside other educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure student success
- Maintaining accurate records and progress reports for each student on your caseload
- Engaging with families to foster a strong home-school partnership
