Make a meaningful difference every day supporting students in a full-time, onsite contract role as a Paraprofessional. This opportunity begins immediately and continues through June 12, 2026, offering the chance to work closely with K-12 students in an educational setting dedicated to behavioral and academic support.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing 1:1 assistance to students needing individualized support across educational and behavioral needs
• Addressing elopement issues and utilizing effective behavioral management strategies
• Assisting with daily living skills, including toileting and diapering as needed
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to support students with special education (SPED) needs
• Adapting to changing student requirements in a dynamic school environment
• Maintaining clear, professional communication with faculty and caregivers

Qualifications and desired experience:

• School-based experience required, ideally with behaviorally challenged and SPED students
• Capable and comfortable with a diverse K-12 caseload in an urban setting
• High school diploma required
• CPR certification (link can be provided if needed)
• Able to obtain/complete all Pennsylvania clearances
• Reliable transportation for punctual daily attendance
• Willingness to complete references and participate in a Zoom interview
• Transparent disclosure of district as part of application process
