Occupational Therapist

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, patient-centered therapy for individuals with neurological, movement, orthopedic, and vestibular conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.

• Treat patients with neurological, orthopedic, movement, and vestibular disorders.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and functional strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist license.

• Minimum 1 year of neurology experience preferred.

• CPR certification preferred.

• New graduates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
