Practice Setting: Pediatric ABA / Early Intervention
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice in Goldsboro, NC. This leadership role combines direct clinical care, RBT supervision, and program development while providing evidence-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.
The Lead BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, provide caregiver education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct behavioral assessments, FBAs, and develop ABA treatment plans/BIPs
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions
Provide direct ABA services when appropriate
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Provide parent training and collaborate with physicians, schools, and therapy teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Support program development and quality improvement initiatives
Active BCBA certification required
Active North Carolina Behavior Analyst License (or qualifying NC healthcare/behavioral health license) required
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Eligible for NC Medicaid provider enrollment
Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
RBT supervision and leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
